Job Description - People and Talent Specialist

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Responsibilities

  • Maintains staffing plans and conducts compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage the administrative onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Oversee the recruiting process from posting job openings to conducting active recruitment and assessments of potential candidates.
  • Coordinate schedules for recruitment activities and interviews, ensuring efficient and timely processes.
  • Develop and create comprehensive job descriptions and scorecards to guide the recruitment and evaluation process.
  • Facilitate effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding checklists for new hires and develop action plans based on ongoing feedback from onboarding surveys.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of compensation analysis and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Within the proximity of Metro Manila (Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, etc.)
