JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative support functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares simple routinary communication, e.g. letters, memoranda
2. Prepares clearance relative to leave
3. Computes attendance of employees based on the Daily Time Record (DTR)
4. Monitors absences, tardiness, and undertimes of employees
5. Processes applications for leave of employees based on guidelines
6. Encodes ELARS
7. Provides technical assistance to CO OBs employees when needed in relation to leave administration
8. Responds to special concerns/assignments as need arises
9. Performs logistical functions/do errands
10. Does other related tasks as may be assigned
Job Outputs:
1. Memoranda/Letters
2. Computed daily time records and monitored attendance
3. Processed leave applications based on guidelines
4. Encoded Electronic Leave Administration and Recording System (ELARS)
5. Organized filing of pertinent records relative to leave administration
6. Other personnel transactions related to leave administration

7.Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance
8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
