Job Description - Procurement and Logistics Staff

  • Job Description

    1.) Preparation, coordination, and implementation of consolidated annual plans and ensure user departments adhere to it in line with approved budgets;
    2.) Provide logistical support for project activities, including importation and local transport
    3.) Coordinate the receipt, opening and evaluation of quotations, tenders, or proposals for goods, services, or works;
    4.) Ensuring user departments adhere to procurement plans in line with budgets;
    5.) Carrying out market surveys, monitor and evaluating the performance of the supply chain management function;
    6.) Ensuring partnerships with suppliers
    7.) Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works, while strictly adhering to the procurement policy;
    8.) Keep files and records for all procurement processes, tenders, procurement evaluations, contracts, Purchase orders and all correspondences relating to the procurements;
    9.) Submit procurement documents and contracts for payment processing;
    10.) Facilitate the annual procurement audit and other procurement reviews;
    11) Support Daily delivery documents and other Related Other task will assign time to time by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    • Have Experience working in Japanese Manufacturing company
    • Experience/Knowledge in Supply Chain/Procurement in PEZA Company is a must
    • Experience Knowledge in PEZA and BOC processing is a must
    • Good communicator Skills Required:
    • ERP Knowledge is an advantage
    • Professional user of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and written skills
    • Extensive knowledge on products and services and purchasing policies and practices
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Effective time management skills
    • Result oriented and self-driven to meet deadlines
    • Ability to assist others in the use of purchasing systems
    • Must be able to effectively manage heavy workload under pressure to meet deadlines.
