Job Description - Production Encoder

Title: Production Encoder The Production Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other clerical tasks needed.

Transfers of posting materials from production storage locations.
Checks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory reports.
Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Job Qualifications

A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course.
Preferably with experience in the same or similar industry.
Must have basic to advanced computer proficiency skills (Microsoft Office applications, advanced in MS Excel).
Must have good organization skill and an eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysis.
Must have good problem-solving skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be willing to work in Mandaue, Cebu
