Job Description - Recruitment Specialist

Company Description Yngen Datacom Corp. is a 100% Filipino-owned company that operates under the Yngen Group of Companies. Since 2003, we have expanded our business into various industries such as Logistics, Shipping, Brokerage, Innovative Products, Properties, Food and Beverages, IT Solutions, and BPO. With our BPO building and IT park in San Pedro, we aim to house foreign partners and generate job opportunities for the local community. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at Yngen Datacom Corp. located in San Pedro. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including hiring, interviewing, communication and recruiting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively identify and attract top talent to meet the company's hiring needs. Qualifications

Hiring and Recruiting skills
Experience in conducting interviews
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and team members
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
