- Will be responsible for Volume hiring/Mass hiring for our Franchisees
- Posting of manpower vacancies thru different platforms
- Monitoring manpower plantilla
- Updating our Franchisees if there's any salary changes
- Coordination with our Franchisees regarding on their manpower request
- Schedule interview between the Franchisee and Candidate
