• Skilled in restoration of copper & fiber facilities which includes knowledge in fiber splicing, cable laying and use of power tools and network facility testers.
• College graduate or graduate of technical vocational courses related to telecommunication industry

• Computer / Mobile Gadgets literate including social media and other applications 
• Has people management and database management skills 
• With excellent presentation skills and able to manage meeting with top management 
• With excellent communication skills; able to express his ideas written and / or verbally.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Strictly monitors the performance of different Areas; Immediately prepare and implement strategies aligned on the directions of the client. 
• Strictly monitors the proper deployment of teams per AOR based on the Open IR tickets and PM activities. Coordinate and give directions to subcons. 
• Strictly monitors the immediate restorations of fiber primary facilties within the agreed service level standards and MTTR related to the following major activities: o 
  • Site staking, permit acquisition, and fault localization/isolation o Restoration of facilities to its original state in accordance with PLDT standards 
  • Cable preparation, installation, and recovery o Fixing and replacement of pole line hardware 
  • Excavation of test/pulling pit o Restoration of facilities to its original state in accordance with PLDT standards o Securing of temporary restored facility until a permanent fix is implemented o Withdrawal on materials
  • Properly coordinating with teams for status updates and advise on any dependencies. 
  • Strictly monitors proper deployment of teams to do regularly conducted activities performed on a pre agreed periodic basis, necessary to prevent physical damages to the outside plant facilities and to maintain the physically appealing look and condition of these facilities which includes the following major onsite activities:. o Physical outside plant cable facility monitoring, inspections and reporting of status o Constant engagement with DPWH, LGU and service utilities companies. o Cable fixing which includes re-tensioning, re-positioning, re-lashing and regrooming, as well as bunching of cables and removal of all obstruction in the cable path o Underground (UG) cable and accessory management which includes cable grooming, manhole cleaning, and cover replacement/sealing. o Locating of missing manhole and or service box o Correction of leaning poles (regardless on the number of poles involved) o Repair, replacement, fixing of attachment and its accessories, and recovery of defective and or damaged outside plant facilities such as closures. o Earth ground testing, correction, and repair. o Rectification of pole guying. o Withdrawal on materials o Properly coordinating with teams for status updates and advise on any dependencies. 
  • Provides updates with the client Regional and Area Heads through emails, calls and/or chat messages. 
  • Strictly monitors the systems staging of completed tickets.. 
  • Strictly monitors, reviews and validates Area productions on hourly and End of Day Reports including all GS required reports. 
  • Strictly monitors availability of materials at warehouses. 
  • Strictly monitors availability of resources such as teams especially subcons, vehicles, tools & test equipment 
  • Coordinate and strategize with QA for the continual training of techs either classroom and / or onsite. 
  • Manages the full coordination and strategy alignments with Support Groups such as Admin, Logistics, PCM and QA
