Reporting & Analytics

Job Description:

. Develop and in some cases automate reports required by the business

. Update and enhance reports for various departments and levels of organization, including both written and oral presentation to management

. Develop and implement new reports and data to benefit various departments

. Develop ad hoc analyses, reports and actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to management

. Develop processes to improve BI tools and systems to drive reporting consistency

. Capture high-level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborate on reporting and data-related projects.

. Provide support to users Business Intelligence reporting infrastructure and assist users in finding the right information.

. Develop new and update existing reports.

Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge.

. Be a liaison between Shopee Xpress and Business Intelligence technical engineers to ensure proper definition of requirements.

. Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.

. Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.

. Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements of different third-party companies.

Requirements:

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field
• Preferably with 5-8 years relevant experience
• Data Science / Analytics / Lean Six Sigma (preferably)
• Knowledgeable in SQL, dashboard creation, and database management
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge in Python a plus
• Strong numerical skills, Project Management, Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Strong Leadership capabilities
• Excellent communications skills
• Preferably has background in Ecommerce, Warehouse, Logistics, related field
• Amenable to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
