We're looking for top notch HR Business Partners to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distributions centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment , who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships . You've got to be sharp, and you must be on your game every day… because you will be an essential part of everyday life .

Responsibilities

Some of our distribution centers are free-standing. Others are on-site with customers. No matter where we are, we're part of their team, we're invested in their success, and our operation is fully transparent. In this TA Manager role, you will need to:

  • Strategise with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions to drive individual, team and business effectiveness
  • Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of all acquisition and pipeline strategies including candidate experience and innovative employer branding projects
  • Advise on best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools, cultural fit assessments and employee engagement and referral programs
  • Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the company and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the Acquisition team to ensure achievement of all Acquisition performance targets and individual targets
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring HR team members in Acquisition best practice

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a HR TA role
  • Experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent influential and stakeholder management skills
