Position : Sales Development Representative
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, Time Zone will flex between EST and PST
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : USD 900 - 1,400 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for our team.
- Learn about international logistics and build a strong foundation for career growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and account executives to prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value of our offerings through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social mediums.
- Research target companies and prepare executive summaries to facilitate business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system for leads and follow-ups.
- Shadow account executives in meetings and activities to develop necessary skills for advancement within the sales team.
Requirements
- 1-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, calling/dialing software, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with Slack, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools is preferred.
- Background in supply chain/logistics is preferable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fearlessness in engaging with new prospects and articulating value propositions.
- Dedication to prospect happiness and effective sales follow-up.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to become an expert in international logistics.
