Responsibilities That Propel Your Career:

  • Convert both Inbound and Online price or schedule enquiries into sales bookings, delighting previous and new customers.
  • Master the art of upselling additional products and services to maximise the value of every customer interaction.
  • Be the superhero of customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered.
  • Take charge of job scheduling and logistics for our Australian operations, working closely with our Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Manager down under.
  • Serve as the bridge between our Philippine Business Centre and the Newcastle Hub in Australia, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Tackle technical enquiries like a pro and provide support beyond the ordinary.
Requirements That Set You Up for Success:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in BPO roles for AU/UK clients.
  • A natural flair for sales and customer service.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute u0026ndash fast fingers, fast results!
  • A neutral accent thatu0027s music to our customersu0027 ears.
  • Bonus points for map reading and telemarketing experience.
