Job Description - SAP EWM Consultant

Title: SAP EWM Consultant SAP EWM Consultant Job Description

Gather requirements from business regarding warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Assess business requirement and provide overall effort estimate for enhancements and projects on the assigned module.
Configure SAP EWM modules based on client requirements, including master data setup, warehouse structure definition, and process customization.
Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Conduct thorough testing of the configured SAP EWM system to ensure functionality and performance.
Monitor and optimize the SAP EWM system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall warehouse operations.
Create documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Business users and provide Hypercare support when necessary.
Work with vendors on project delivery, enhancements and issues resolution.
Sort out day to day queries of end users.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant for at least 5 years, with expertise in implementing and customizing SAP EWM solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including warehouse structure setup, inbound/outbound processes, and inventory management.
Experience integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) and external systems.
Experience with other SAP logistics modules, such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
SAP EWM certification is a plus.
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
