Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 7AM - 4PM)

Work Setup: Hybrid, Makati (Tuesday to Thursday onsite Monday and Friday WFH)

Prime Your Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a scheduling role
  
• Previous experience scheduling high volumes of services within a fast-paced environment
  
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software systems
  
• Possesses familiarity with the geography of Western Australia (WA)
  
• High level of organization and communication skills
  
• Relevant knowledge of equipment installation and service regulations

Drive Efficiency: Your Mission Awaits

• Ensure rostering and scheduling of install and service technicians is logistically sound, efficient, and effective using the staff and contractor resource pools in a manner compliant with industrial awards and agreements as stated in contracts.
  
• Attend to day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes in technicians' availability, including personal leave and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements.
  
• Ensure alignment at all times between the skills required for the service or installation and the technician's skills and qualifications scheduled for the job.
  
• Responsible for generating technician call-out rosters within the required rostering software program and agreed roster issue timeframes.
  
• Maximize the use of available technicians through effective job allocation, ensuring job costing is minimized.
  
• Minimize technician travel time when rostering them for jobs.
  
• Ensure constant communication and job status updates are provided as required to service and network customer service coordinators, diagnostic managers, and the network manager, in addition to other Levanta departments such as the warehouse, project management, and sales equipment ordering.
  
• Ensure communication about lacking technician resources or oversupply of technician resources is regularly and adequately communicated to the Network Lead and Service & Network Manager.
  
• Ensure adequate briefs are received from the diagnostics managers to allow for the right technicians to be sent to the right jobs, at the right time.
  
• Ensure completion of monthly reporting on schedule adherence and customer feedback is provided to management as required.
  
• Complete costed schedules and costed schedule changes as requested.
  
• Complete technician schedules within required budgets, advising of any anomalies to management.
  
• Develop and optimize the scheduling software.
  
• Develop route mapping per state.
  
• Manage scheduling systems to ensure optimization of the technician and contractor workforce within agreed customer service times.
  
• Work to ensure system connection is maximized to allow for as much automation and automated systems reporting as possible.
