Job Description

• Masterfully manage the executives calendar, including scheduling critical appointments and meetings, while optimizing time and resources with strategic foresight.
• Arrange and oversee complex travel itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision and adaptability to accommodate last-minute changes.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for high-profile communications, including liaising with other CEOs and their executive assistants, demonstrating diplomacy and tact.
• Take initiative in managing personal administrative duties such as handling sensitive correspondence and overseeing personal financial commitments with utmost confidentiality.
• Anticipate executive needs and execute solutions proactively, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and an ability to operate independently.

Required Skills

• Must have at least 6 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives within a fast-paced, dynamic, corporate environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities with high precision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships at all corporate levels.
• Advanced proficiency in modern office management technologies and corporate communication tools.
• Leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to handle complex situations with discretion and a proactive approach.
