What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM Tivoli/Omnibus/Performance Manager and related tools and applications on multiple OS environments including Linux and Windows
• Develop SNMP trap rules according to the needs and specifications of the customer
• Develop and maintain Tivoli Network Configuration Manager drivers and network resources
• Code and test software updates that arise from security vulnerabilities coming to light or operating systems going end of life
• Analyze customer requirements and commercially available NMS packages to recommend replacements of systems that are being discontinued
• Maintain efficient and effective deployments and pipelines leveraging CICD tools, scripting, and DevOps practice
• Performance tuning of queues and environments
• Taking care of queues, exchanging, and virtual hosts
• Identify and troubleshoot technical glitches
• Solid understanding and hands-on working experience with IBM Tivoli/Omnibus/Performance Manager and virtualized environments
• Estimating work requirements
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently. 
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver the best results
• Availability to participate in on-call support for critical production issues

Who are we looking for?

• Solid understanding of IBM Tivoli/Omnibus/Performance Manager
• Hands-on experience of working with IBM Tivoli/Omnibus/Performance Manager
• Strong knowledge and experience with Linux (RHEL, Alma) and networking in a distributed environment 
• Experience with CICD pipeline deployments, orchestration, configuration, and tools including Jenkins, GI, Ansible, and Terraform 
• Experience with scripting and programming languages (Python, Java, Java Script) 
• Must have prior working experience in clustering, high availability, and performance tuning of Tivoli nodes, and security
• Experience with Git and Artifactory 
• Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
• Hands-on working experience of 3-5 years in a similar field
• Effectively dealing with changing working environments
• Being a self starter, not requiring detailed direction, is required.
