Site Planning Lead

Job Description:

1. Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
2. Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
3. Develop and implement a site planning program that includes optimized timelines and scopes of work to minimize lead time and cost, following local and regional company policies
4. Support in sourcing and onboarding contractors and service providers
5. Support in managing relationships with existing contractors, real estate brokers, lessors, sublessors, and building administrators
6. Help develop master contracts and improve existing contract templates related to site planning and facilities management
7. Keep track of the contractual obligations of the company in contracts of lease, contractor agreements, and service level agreements with service providers related to company facilities8
8. Help perform assessments based on on-the-ground feedback for regular maintenance, necessary repairs, replacement, additional works, or any form of rectification
9. Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to hit departmental KPIs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture
2. At least 4 years of work relevant experience
3. Having experience in contract development and management is a plus
4. Having work experience in Logistics, FMCG, E-commerce, or Real Estate is a plus
5. A great track record of successful project management is required
6. High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
7. Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
8. Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
9. Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

11. Required to travel locally
