Job Description

Main Functions:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity. Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with each group.
• Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
• Executing experiments to continually optimize performance.
• Monitoring engagement data and sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Managing community management protocols and moderating conversations.
• Supporting new business efforts and lead nurturing through social
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Apply new trends and innovations to enhance our social media presence.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook Twitter, and others. Write content that showcase our products, services, and brand values.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a proactive approach to social media strategy.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker, analytical mindset, and time management skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus.
