Job Responsibilities :

• Consolidate and assess all bookings request of GO2, LAVS & Galleys
• Book shipments to couriers & Forwarders
• Prepare Shipping Documents (Export Declaration, Packing List, Gatepass, etc.)
• Assess daily  shipment of hub consolidation and send Delivery instruction and Pre alerts
• Track shipments, follow up POD and monitor D2D
• Assess DG Shipments (Certified DG specialist)
• Back up in the GL approval of FCA/ EXW shipments
• Handle supplies of Outbound and Traffic team
• Handle the archiving of shipping documents
