Supply Account Manager

Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure that operational requirements and KPIs are delivered on a consistent basis.
• Point of contact for transport and linehaul operational issues on a daily basis
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner in line with company requirements
• Perform standardized fleet inventory procedures and manage vendor performance.
• Manages the fleet management system, software, and advance booking process to ensure timely transportation requirements are met.
• Accurately processes daily transportation logs and dispatch information and prepares standardized reports of transportation actions and services performed.
• Ensures transportation requests are prioritized and dispatched in accordance with established time lines.
• Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or in a supply chain manufacturing setting.
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides and familiarity with looker studio is a plus
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills and Strong communication skills in English, Filipino, and another local language are a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
• Experienced in handling and managing large fleet counts
• Familiarity in land sea and air transport
