As a  Supply Chain Manager , you will analyze historic and future demand data to update stocking par levels. This involves delving into past trends and projecting future needs to ensure optimal inventory levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with production facilities and raw material providers, fostering smooth coordination throughout the supply chain. Here’s a glimpse of the role:

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon – Fri 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM PHT (Semi Flexible Shift)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 45,000 to 65,000

You will need these to be successful in your role:

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High degree of proficiency with advanced analysis and functions in Excel
• Experience with an ERP (Sage 100 or similar)
• Excellent organizational and task-management skills
• Ability to build project plans from high-level directives
• Comfort with aggressive supplier management / follow-up
• Professional attitude and outlook
• Punctuality and reliability
• High degree of detail orientation
• High-quality work products with minimal mistakes
• Self-direction, independence, and resourcefulness

You will be responsible for:

• Routinely purchase inventory at the correct quantity and specification
• Analyze historic and future demand data to update stocking par levels 
• Communicate with production facilities and raw material providers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors
• Routinely review primary vendors and make adjustments for cost savings, delivery, etc.
• Oversee the integrity of supply chain data in ERP – vendors, part numbers, specifications, etc.
• Manage one-off, large-scale purchases to prepare for customer onboarding
• Regularly evaluate company purchasing patterns and update based on trends
• Manage and communicate delivery dates and lead times from production to customer service
• Close management of vendor lead times to ensure ship dates are received and adhered to
• Assist with receipts of products into inventory
• Assist with vendor-related quality communications, as needed by the quality team
• Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and shipment of product
• Monitor lead times and resource items with significant backlogs in production
• Implement all standard supply chain operating procedures and adjust as needed
• Adhere to KPIs established for the supply chain department for critical tasks
• Coordinate with the customer service team on requests for new products, expediting delivery, resourcing, specification information, etc.
