Qualifications & experience

• Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management or any related course
• Excellent customer-facing and interaction skills
• Excellent communication skills; spoken and written
• Excellent software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Above average exposure in Recruitment System such as ATS and CRM

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of all acquisition and pipeline strategies including candidate experience and innovative employer branding projects
• Advise on best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools, cultural fit assessments and employee engagement and referral programs
• Design creative social recruitment strategies that elevate the company brand & EVP
• Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the company and drive continuous improvement
• Lead the Acquisition team to ensure achievement of all Acquisition performance targets and individual targets
• Coaching, developing and mentoring HR team members in Acquisition best practice
• Maintaining cost effective SLA's with preferred agency suppliers; re-negotiating SLA's as required
• Ensuring the Acquisition Strategy is in line with HR Strategy and wider DPDHL Strategy
• Strategise with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions to drive individual, team and business effectiveness
