Job description

• Ensure optimized usage of available inventory through effective production scheduling.
• Scheduling ' process orders that match and align with segmented supply strategies, to be executed by plant operations per timelines.
• Inventory provisioning, write offs, stock levels and returns.
• Prioritization of quality testing. Characterized and classify inventory per quality levels. Ensure visibility to N+ planning per calendar.
• Establish list of batches out of quality standards or obsolete. Monitor and lead the discard process.
• Proactively and continuously screen inventory and make usage recommendation on batch level with characterization.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for order fulfilment & returns.
• Determine best service and alternatives to manage volume and time requirements and meet customer needs.
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelorâs Degree in Business Management / Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent with the relevant experience
• Minimum of 5- 7 years in the similar environment
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Inventory Management Skills
• Customer focus
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide insight from the data
