Job description:

• Ensures that the warehouse is kept in an orderly manner and tidies up as necessary
• Organizes stores, devices, materials, vehicles, and tools in the warehouse according to Company procedures
• Accurately records and updates warehouse inventory withdrawals and arrivals
• Ensures that items received are picked, unloaded, labeled, and stored in an orderly manner 
• Ensures that items dispatched to the field team are recorded and accurately reflected
• Ensures availability and successful delivery of asset-tagged devices and equipment that are undamaged
• Ensures vehicles are serviced on schedule
• Proactively informs procurement if items have fallen below specified stock level
• Restocks locally-obtained items from pre-defined vendors in the city
• Fulfills requests for materials and tools made by different teams necessary for completion of a job
• Efficiently validates tools checklists at the start and end of each day
• Prepares, dispatches (pick and pack) and records the materials to be used by the Site Operations team at least one (1) day before scheduled install date
• Receives customer Bill of Materials (BoMs)
• Immediately reports to supervisor when there are discrepancies in the inventory
• Able to produce an accurate inventory count document / report during audits or when asked by immediate supervisor

Qualifications: Required

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Computer-literate (familiar with at least MS Office)
• Ability to work in multitasks under pressure
• Physically fit and able to engage in heavy lifting for warehouse item

Qualifications: Preferred

• With valid driver’s license
• International experience
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Can operate FOC-related machines

Working conditions:

• Will be reporting to the RISE Cebu Office
• Travel may be required to other locations depending on Company needs
• Overtime may be required 
• Shift schedule as determined by immediate lead
• On-call duties may apply
• May be required to work nights (if assigned to a later shift to accommodate arrival of team from work sites)
• May be required to work on weekends depending on the arrival of stocks or shipping container if we have a shipping container arriving on a weekend
