We are looking for a reliable accounting manager to join our team! As a Finance and Cost Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy

2. Take responsibility for accounts payable / receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, financial statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, costing and inventory, debt activity, etc.

3. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the Company

4. Coordinating the budget process, prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as needed

5. Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures

6. Review plant expenses, accurate inventory costing, review of manufacturing order reports for costing and investigate variances.

7. Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost.

8. Lead / approve costing and inventory process

9. Assist in preparing year-end books for audit

10. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations

11. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned

12. Process payroll and report payroll taxes

13. Training and supervising accounting staffs

14. Provide advice in making financial decisions

15. Meet financial accounting objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in Manufacturing Industry

2. BS degree in Accounting or Finance

3. CPA or CMA is a plus

4. Exceptional Excel

5. Strong cost accounting skills

6. Strong taxation skills

7. Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases

8. Ability to multi task

9. Ability to lead a team and work well with cross functional teams

10. Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

11. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

12. Team player

13. Good time-management skills

14. Great interpersonal and communication skills
