Assistant Manager - Project Sales

Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

• Oversee the market development targets and achieve sales goals for key accounts set by the management.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase the sales and improve sales force productivity and revenue goals.
• Manage pre-bid meeting, technical inquiries, bid presentations, site inspection, quotations, supplier accreditation documents, and project turn over reports.
• Supervise project site and client visits, facilitate technical specification presentation, and propose value-based selling for possible project opportunities and sales.
• Evaluate the sales and team’s performances, identify areas for improvements, and develop action plans.
• Communicate and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and profits, conduct monthly project listing, and manage gross profit simulation report.
• Govern the collections of account receivables, work closely with the teams to close sales negotiations, and ensure overdue accounts are responsibly managed.
• Study competitor’s product, activities, and pricing derived from key accounts, specifiers, and other strategic channels.
• Handle business inquiries, address concerns, and ensure escalations and disputes are coordinated with the sales leadership and resolved.
• Manage resources of teams, steer company campaigns and program proposals, administer staffing requirements, and develop budgets.
• Establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree , Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Board Passer / Licensed Engineer is a plus
• With 5 to 8 years of work experience in sales (technical selling is an advantage) in manufacturing or service-oriented industry.
• Amenable to work in Brgy. Poblacion, Davao City
