BRAND MANAGER I CEBU CITY

Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

• Designs and implements marketing programs to build, protect and grow market and mind share. 
• Reviews and approves research plan to serve as guide for the implementation of the market research. 
• Ensures quality, on-time and within approved budget implementation of the Marketing Plan and evaluates its effectiveness.
• Provides direction and guidance in setting objectives and targets for all brands. 
• Oversees the overall Ads and Promos budget. 
• Manages cost and profitability of the product. 
• Takes the lead in developing and maintaining and the brand book across all brands and on corporate level. 
• Sets marketing support guidelines as reference for the implementation of marketing activities. 
• Ensures the implementation and evaluation of marketing activities using the Marketing Activity Evaluation Form (MAEF). 
• Guides direct reports in the preparation of yearly performance review and ensures that direct reports understand, set commitments and deliverables. 
• Conducts performance review and discussion with direct reports and prepares development plans as needed.
• Coaches and guides direct reports to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and makes recommendations on employee movements, promotions and transfer.

II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other business - related degree programs.
• Must have at least eight (8) years of relevant work experience in marketing and/or brand management.
• Must have at least one (2) years of relevant work experience in leading and supervising teams.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
