Job Description - Business Development Officer

Job Description
Identify potential locations for expansion within the cold storage industry and assess their feasibility by engaging potential clients for the specific location.
Identify and cultivate new client opportunities for build-to-suit facilities, including cold storage, dry storage, and manufacturing facilities.
Develop and implement strategic business or sales development plans to penetrate new markets and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion efforts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the owner.
