Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Generally responsible for reviewing escalated client claims, determining allowable benefits, and managing the efficient settlement of customers’ claims to ensure smooth claims and arbitration process and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, or any related business course
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in Claims and Arbitration or a similar field as Team Leader/Supervisor preferred.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure communication of claims reports across internal and external stakeholders on a daily and weekly basis.
- To ensure Invoices are issued weekly and follow up on claim payments per agreed credit terms.
- Analyze claims data and identify root cause analysis to improve operational processes.
- To immediately raise/communicate any issues that involve cross-functional departments and for prompt action.
- Checking information on cases and providing a proper recommendation based on the organization and third party's standard operating procedures
- To review claims SOP yearly and provide ideas and solutions based on the latest business requirement for a streamlined and efficient claims process.
- Checking information on cases and providing claims and arbitration-related analysis to stakeholders as required.
- Ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practices guide and KPIs are met
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the team
- Consolidate the weekly and monthly team report
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
- Be responsible for the whole claims and arbitration team, manage attendance/KPI/task setting/Setting up group structure and working mechanism, and handle all issues such as claims and arbitration;
- With large team management experience, chain network management experience;
- Good at Data Analysis, assigning work tasks, leading the team to achieve results; Efficient, responsible, and enterprising;
- Advantage: Have a background in ER, law, political law, or military and police work;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Handles the entire Claims & Arbitration unit and is in charge of VIPs and high-level claims.
- Collates summary of settled disputes and problematic ones
