Continuous Improvement Lead

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• 3-5 years BPO/Call Center experience (Call, Chat, Email, Social Media channels)
• 2-3 years’ experience in Quality Group, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Project Management
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training Certification or similar training/s is a plus
• Implemented at least 2 Continuous Improvement projects in previous work – focused on CSAT/FCR/QA
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to adjust based on stakeholders from different Regional sites
• Proficient with various office productivity applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of interpersonal/ translation/ facilitation skills; able to communicate with people at all levels within the business effectively
• Excellent leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring effective solutions
• Creative and Resourceful: Ability to thinks of ways on how to effectively implement initiatives through different mediums (Call, Video Conference etc.) for each local site
• Customer-focused – aim to improve and enhance customer experience and create a balance on quality and process adherence
• Reliable: information and reporting provided should be up to date, accurate, and comprehensive;
• Proactive, takes charge, seizes opportunities to transform concepts and ideas into actions;
• Team player, possess a positive attitude and establish good working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
