Job Description - Customer Marketing Leader

[Introduction] You will be responsible for the development of the PH Tork brand & business in Peru, Bolivia & Paraguay. We are looking for a person who can support the implementation of a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's brands / products / services to meet established sales or market share targets. Work closely with sales team to develop sales plans and initiatives to boost distributor sales, make recommendations to optimize customer's product mix ensuring a robust marketing ROI.
Supports building Tork brand Equity with distributors & customers by providing brand/sales/product training and developing loyalty programs. Coordinates participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
Constant review of the competitive landscape of each country, defining the right product mix to stay competitive and achieve growth and profitability goals.
Monitoring of business goals (Net Sales, Volume, Ebit, SOM, P&L).
Analyze product portfolio to ensure volume, profitability, and strategic contribution to the business.
Builds & maintains strong relationship with local & global marketing teams. Support the launching of product (from product creation to selling objectives)
Work closely with internal teams (manufacturing, supply, sales, customer service) to develop new products.
Responsible of assigned budget management.
Who You Are
Graduated in Administration, Marketing, Business or related careers.
Experience not less than 3 years in similar roles.
Knowledge of the office package at an advanced level
Knowledge of English language at intermediate-advanced level.
