As a Data Entry Specialist , you'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, all from the comfort of your home.In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving products into the inventory management system, managing paperwork, entering production dates and order confirmations, and providing essential support to various departments, including supply chain, finance, customer service, and operations.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM to 3PM US CST initially, potential shift change to afternoon hours (3PM or 5PM) based on client's discretion.

Work setup: Permanent Work-From-Home

Embark on Your Journey with the Following:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience
  
  
• Support onsite supply chain and customer service department
  
  
• Strong MS Excel (formula)
  
  
• Sending information
  
  
• Familiarity with ERP System, SAP, Oracle, QB, and Sage is a nice to have

Supply Chain

• Receiving products into the inventory management system and completing associated paperwork
  
  
• Entering production dates and order confirmations from vendors as well as following up via phone/email to confirm delivery is on track
  
  

Finance

• Reviewing bank records and entering transaction data into the accounting system
  
  
• Receiving invoices and logging payables for payment
  
  
• Following up with past due accounts to ensure prompt payment
  
  

Customer Service

• Entering customer requirements into quoting templates
  
  
• Entering purchase orders into order system
  
  
• Entering quotes into Salesforce for tracking opportunities
  
  

Operations

• Compiling key performance indicator data for monthly reports such as on-time ship performance
