Job Description - Drive Growth and Success: Area Sales Manager

Primary Responsibility:

A Vitrum Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible for maximising sales volume by growing an existing business, developing new business and providing the best possible customer service to the wide customer base of architects, interior designers, builders and HNI customers.

Some Key Responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Identify potential clients through lead generation, data analysis and references.
  • Identify target market and segments.
  • Coordination and liaising with architects and clients and conducting initial introductory meetings.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
  • Provide quotes to potential clients.
  • Site visits as and when required for samples, sill checking, site progress, updates, etc.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports apart from inquiry sheets.
  • Recommend a product, service, and policy changes by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Provides full after-sale customer experience.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Exhibit a work style that is energetic, highly influential, and service-oriented.

Desired Candidate:

  • Any Graduate with 4 to 9 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fast Learner
  • Confident and Independent

Salary Package:

Require Area Sales Manager for Ahmedabad, Delhi & Rajkot location.
