  I. JOB SUMMARY Finance and Accounting Manager that oversees the daily operation of the Finance and Accounting Department. II. SIZE OF RESPONSIBILITY A. Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer

  Cost Accounting Staff III. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Review financial statements for internal and external users.
  B. Review and approve Goods Receipt of adjustment / samples / non-P.O. inventories in SAP.
  C. Review Cost of Sales.
  D. Responsible to BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) related transaction including but not limited to
  - Review monthly and quarterly tax returns for filing to BIR
  - Prepare annual tax return
  - Securing tax treaty application in case of expenses covered by tax treaties
  E. Responsible in securing permits and licenses limited to Bureau of Customs License, Mayor’s permit and PEZA permit to locate.
  F. Responsible in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) transactions such as BSRD application in case of foreign currency denominated loans or inward remittances originating from foreign sources.
  G. Ensure compliance of the company in SEC, BIR and Local Government Unit.
  H. Implement controls that will safeguard company assets and mitigate expenses with due approval from Management. IV. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the CFO/CAO.

Qualifications

• Requirement

  - College graduate preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant field.
  - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  - With at least 10-year extensive experience in business office setting performing finance and accounting duties.
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and SAP application knowledge is an advantage.
  - Knowledgeable with applicable tax assertions.
  - Trustworthy with excellent interpersonal and management skills.
  - Capable of multi-tasking, can work under pressure.
  - High level of accuracy and attention to details with strict sense of meeting deadlines.
