Job Description - Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will support the Global Procurement Finance Head in providing financial and analytical expertise to the Global Procurement team, supporting business decisions for enterprise spending globally.

Consolidates inputs to develop a robust target and outlook report.
Supports the Global Procurement Finance Head in performing bill of material review, standard cost review, hedging recommendations, cost forecasting, risk management recommendations, and make vs buy recommendations.
Supports Global Procurement Services (GPS) in preparing material cost updates for standard costs.
Supports the global category managers (GCMs) & GP Finance Head by collating savings initiatives and tracking performance versus target.
Performs other tasks, ad hoc analysis and reports when needed to support the company in achieving its business objectives.

Job Qualifications

A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field.
With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.
Must have experience working in a manufacturing or food industry.
Must be able to execute finance/accounting functions with proven capability to operate large databases for scenario planning, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work with ERP systems with end-to-end capability in material estimates, pricing, and variance analysis.
Proficient in using technical applications such as MS Office, especially Excel and SAP.
Buyer experience is an advantage but not required.
Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up either in Canlubang, Laguna, Ortigas, Pasig, or Marcelo Green, Paranaque.
