Hiring for Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance) Position

Job description-

Role & responsibilities –

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Person will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor statements, Ledger Scrutiny, vendor payment and managing customer payments.

2 . Financial Reporting: Person will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. They will ensure that financial reports are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards .

3. Tax Compliance : He will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all relevant tax regulations, like GST, TDS, Income tax, PF, ESI including preparing and filing tax returns.

4. Audit Coordination : A. Person will be responsible for coordinating with Statutory Auditor (Big 4 CA Firm) and ensuring that financial statements are audited in a timely and accurate manner.
B. He will be responsible for Internal Auditor and ensuing that query is resolved timely and accurate manner. C. Knowledge of Tax Audit D. Knowledge of Cost Audit E. GST Assessment and Audit

5. Financial Planning and Analysis : He will be responsible for preparing financial projections, budgets, and forecasts for the organization. They will analyse financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

6. Treasury Management : He will be responsible for managing the organization's cash flow and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.

7. SAP Report Knowledge of SAP - Regular work and report related to the accounts and finance

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in finance and accounting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Education

PG: MBA in Finance(Full Time) from Premium College/ CA (Final)

At least 3 to 5 years experience of Manufacturing Company.
