Purpose

This role manages the Industrialization activities around smart card personalization in IDEMIA’s Service Centers worldwide using IDEMIA's Personalization Systems and other local systems. This role analyzes the technical requirements, estimates the workload, and proceeds with the implementation of the changes.

Key Missions

1. Owns responsibility for the customer products technical setup and configuration (new products or change requests)
2. Interfaces with different stakeholders during the industrialization Profile Design process, from customer request to validation (Product design tests, system integration tests, user acceptance tests) and customer approval
3. Owns the responsibility of the product deliverables consistency including (but not limited to) ensuring the compatibility of all the offer services (Data Preparation, Grammar Development, Card Fulfillment, Return files and reporting services, and Packaging offer, etc.)
4. Ensures that the product configuration is in-line with the customer requirements, the production environment criteria (Machines, production tools) and / or the scheme requirements
5. Owns the responsibility that all the internal Design processes and guidelines are being followed to meet the expected quality by our customers
6. Ensures that the project and product design meet the service-level agreements and the customer expectations
7. Ensures the Design is respecting the quality requirements and the compliance criteria (both schemes and IDEMIA)
8. Provides 1st level of support to local teams in the service centers and IDEMIA’s partners
9. Troubleshoots any technical issues occurring during the product design phase or during mass production, report and follow up, contribute to the resolution until the issue is fixed
10. Contributes to the training and onboarding of the new joiners in the team including technical trainings on tools and technology, development best practices, delivery process etc.
