Job description Perform collaboration activities between the Division and the Back-End operations, including subcontractors, covering Production Operations, Technical Projects, Engineering trials and New Product/Process Introduction WITH THE OBJECTIVES of ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of goods and services from both ends. Profile 1. With knowledge of Assembly process and controls. 2. With at least 1 Assembly process expertise - Wirebonding, Pre- Assy or Back End ( End of Line) processes. 3. With background of Project Management is an advantage. 4. Greenbelt / blackbelt on six sigma is an advantage. 5. Knowledgeable in manufacturing systems.
