You'll manage shipping, and returns, and assist in order management, learning about the supply chain, data analysis, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and process claims(shipments, invoices, chargebacks), optimize win rates, and track progress transparently.
• Oversee returns, maintain databases, process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) and credit memos, and assist with logistics tasks.
• Provide customer service via email, update portals, resolve shipping issues, review freight bill invoices, and complete assigned duties.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must be/have..

• At least 1-year work experience in the Logistics department
• Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel .
• Good written and verbal communication skills , analytical, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong time management skills
