Job Description - Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Metal Power Plant. This is a full-time position based in Goa Velha, Goa, India. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
More than 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a metal power plant
Strong knowledge of power plant equipment and machinery
Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Roles And Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections of the Metal Power Plant equipment to identify and resolve any maintenance issues
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Metal Power Plant
Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to mitigate the risk of breakdowns and equipment failures
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including equipment history, repairs, and inspections
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and power plant operations
