Ø Gathers operation’s related production reports for both processing and packaging section. Ø Generate processing and packaging summary reports as reference for process improvement. Ø Find out causes of abnormalities in the production process and in-coordination with concerned Section Heads look for further improvements. Ø Take down minutes of the daily team briefing and regularly disseminate records to concern then regularly follow up the status / improvements of each department concerned. Ø Collect daily man-hours monitoring report from Foreman and submit to cost analyst. Ø Assist in the documentation of processes in the Production & Engineering Department then monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) standards in the department and related support activities. Ø Encode the production daily schedule to BP Solution payroll plotting schedule.
