• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Provides solutions to complex Engineering issues using advanced knowledge on problem-solving
• Develops/Improves Manufacturing Engineering Processes and Procedures
• Able to assess the work of Manufacturing Engineer
• Supports in ensuring that metrics and KPIs are met
• Independent discretion with the ability to recommend decisions or actions that consider implications to his work and section
• Able to adjust to non-routine situations by defining and utilizing appropriate methods and processes.
• Performs manufacturing processes documentation such as electronic Work Instructions, WI, QI 
• Implement Enterprise Change Requests
• Implements process improvement
• Prepares plans, process specifications, production aids and assembly fixtures
• Supports process studies and define work standards to support manufacturing operations
• ⁠Have experience in Process certification and machine qualification
• Basic knowledge in SPC, Minitab, and data analysis
• Well experienced in Documentation and PFMEA
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Degree Course or Related
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product/manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system
• Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies
• Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills
• Continuous Improvement of manufacturing process through structured problem solving
• Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job including Lean Application, Process Certification, Total Quality Management
• Knowledgeable on primary functions like New Product Introduction, Configuration, Process Improvement
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
