Job Description - National Operations Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM

The National Operations Manager manages the financial and operational systems, processes, administration, and internal controls supporting the organization's mission and business goals. Working closely with the Finance Operations Team, the Manager ensures that Nabati's day-to-day business and financial operations in the Philippines run effectively and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and implements financial operations policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitors and analyzes financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepares and reviews accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Manages and mitigates financial risk, including monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Reviews and reconciles financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Prepares and files tax documents, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, building strong relationships and effectively managing financial operations.
  • Provides guidance and support to staff on financial operations, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Stays informed of industry best practices and changes in financial regulations, proactively implementing necessary updates and improvements.
  • Develops and executes strategies to improve financial operations, such as implementing new technologies or process enhancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
  • Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
