Cosa farai:

1. A key position which manages the Supply Chain introduction of new products through application of the New Product Development process. Collaborates with manufacturing and vendors for on time in full product availability. 2. Collaborates closely with Global & Local NPE&D, Marketing and operating functions in driving efficiencies in product design and make ready for new and improved products on time at the agreed quality and cost. 3. Responsible for resolving packaging component related issues and challenges. 4. Develop and maintain accurate product data including component spec, BOM, IMF, etc. 5. Foster and maintain good relationships with component suppliers to ensure on time component availability with agreed quality and cost. Collaborate with internal operating function in supporting suppliers to improve their technical capabilities, quality and cost and deliver associated benefits to Avon. 6. Support Global/Local and Site NPE&D Leads on continuous improvement and cost savings projects. 7. Support Avon goal in providing quality and safe products and services through flawless execution of developments 8. Support Avon's Sustainability goal and protecting the environment through development of environment-friendly components, pollution prevention, waste and energy reduction and resource conservation 9. Support China market in product development which may need frequent travels and/ or relocation, ability to speak and understand Chinese language will be an advantage 10. Avon goal for a safe and healthy workplace environment/culture that would prevent occupational injury and illness

Responsabilità chiave:
