Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-6PM EDT (some flexibility can be accommodated)
Salary Range: $900-1,500

About the Role:

The Paid Advertising Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital and advertising platforms. The primary goal is to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify profitable keywords and negative keywords to exclude.
• Help identify target keywords and audiences.
• Implement various campaign types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
• Manage bids to maximize ROI while keeping the budget in check.
• Implement automated bid strategies.
• Stay updated with new platforms and channels.
• Collaborate with creative/design team to manage asset groups.
• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
• Implement Optmyzr optimizations and suggestions.
• Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and adjust spend based on performance and strategic goals.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
• Work within Optmyzr to optimize and manage budget across accounts and campaigns.
• Track and Analyze performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optmyzr) to track campaign performance, understand user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports and communicate results effectively.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of Google Ads experience (required)
• Experience running Google Ads Campaigns (Pmax, Shopping, DSA, and Search).
• Experience with Bing Advertising (required)
• Has a strong understanding of PPC Metrics: Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Quality Score, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), ROAS.
• Interest in following advertising and media trends.
• Working knowledge of paid advertising analytics software.
• Optmyzr experience is a huge plus
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Organized and has strong attention to detail
• Has critical thinking skills.
