Plant Head Manufacturing Factory Manager FMCG / Pharma

We are looking for a Plant Head who will report directly to the directors/partners. Candidates must have hands-on experience in managing an Manufacturing Factory with knowledge Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Work experience in Cosmetics/ Pharmaceutical / Aerosol industries.

Role & responsibilities

Factory Manager / Plant Head

Capable of managing entire factory production and operations.

Production and operations management

Managing Labour, Drug, Pollution, Fire and other departments

Managing all day to day operations and paper work

Accounts , Stock , Inventory management etc

Supervisors and Labour management

Manufacturing, Filling Machine, ETP, RO, LPG deodorizing plant etc knowledge

GMP, ISO and other certificates and compliance knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years experience as a Plant Head / Factory Manager preferably in Pharma / Cosmetics / Aerosol or FMCG industry.
