As a Procurement Senior Associate, you will have a chance to apply your knowledge in procurement to real-world class management of a company's supply of products and services. You will work closely with the Finance Lead, and your ideas and creativity will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation. 

• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase details or orders and deliveries
• Examine and test existing contracts
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Perform risk assessments for supply and contracts
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Procurement Professional with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the same field.
• Working experience from a hospital or wide-range clinic is required.
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Knowledge in sourcing and procurement techniques 
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
