PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in procurement and inventory.
• Research potential vendors of seafoods, meat and poultry.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Identifying requirements for goods, materials and services.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Prepare reports on purchase including cost analysis.
