Product Development and Sourcing Lead

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain by efficiently managing sourcing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain a robust supplier database
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and specifications
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to manufacturing
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines
• Establish strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new partnerships for strategic growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in sourcing and product development

• 5-10 years experience in sourcing and product development within a supply chain or related field
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving favorable terms with suppliers
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and product lifecycle management
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with international sourcing, particularly in China, is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Experienced user in Excel and/or Google Sheets
