Key responsibilities:
• Review vendor manuals to understand product testing requirements.
• Generate specification documents including test plans and inspection checklists.
• Verify accuracy of manufacturers' Bill of Materials.
• Conduct preliminary failure analysis and maintain accurate documentation.
• Track field reported situations in internal logs.
• Participate in pre-production meetings to understand testing requirements.
• Manage quality standards and engineering reports within company systems.
• Compile QC files to meet inspection dates.
• Support QC operations through effective means.
• Assist clients' visits, audits, questionnaires, and documentation requests.
Product Compliance Responsibilities:
• Research and coordinate with external testing partners for product safety, regulatory, performance, and destination country requirements.
• Analyze and report on required Test Plans to internal teams and clients for approvals.
• Review test reports against agreed Test Plans and materials.
• Provide technical comments on product labeling correctness.
• Coordinate and manage testing activities according to Test Plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing results to project teams.
• Provide guidance on improvement areas to mitigate test failures.
• Develop Inspection Checklists/Protocols for production conformity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to analyze inspection/testing reports.
• Support the development of manufacturing quality control testing.
• Stay updated on Global Product Recall incidents.
Experience Required:
• Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Quality System skills
• Team Leadership
• 3rd Party lab working experiences in testing and related capacity
• Testing experiences in hardlines and/or softlines.
• Technical capability to review lab testing reports.
• Knowledge in testing standards and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement and maintain quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
Ability to commute/relocate to ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA
