URGENTLY OPEN POSITION PRODUCTION ENGINEER SUPERVISOR! . Position: Production Engineer Supervisor Salary: Php 22,000 – Php 27,000 Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan Schedule: Regular / Onsite . Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-5 years degree course.
• At least 2-3 years managerial/supervisory level experience related in manufacturing industry

• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
• Ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
• Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the production process.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all employees are aware of and adhere to safety guidelines.
